Deposit Information

The security deposit is based on credit. Standard approval is a $300 security deposit and conditional approval requires a one month’s rent security deposit.

1 pet = $250.00 non-refundable one time pet fee
2 pet = $350.00 non-refundable one time pet fee
Certain breeds of dogs are restricted, including: Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, Chows, Wolf Hybrids, and dogs mixed with any one of the above
