RiverWest was built in 1989 as apartments. In 2004, RiverWest was purchased by a development team and underwent a multi-million dollar conversion to condominiums. The building is now fully converted and governed by RiverWest Condominium Association.

RiverWest is a steel and concrete construction with 18 floors of residential living, four enclosed parking levels, and common areas.
