With our newly redesigned floor plans, Reserve at River Walk provides a variety of different living styles to ensure you can find a home that suits your desires. Each plan provides a private balcony or patio, walk-in closet and you have plenty of space to add your own personalization. Lounging out by the sparkling pool on a sunny day provides an unparalleled sense of relaxation.

Deposit Information

There is a deposit fee of $150.

Reserve at River Walk Pet Policy

Pets are welcome! There is a maximum of two pets per apartment with maximum combined weight of 75 lbs. No aggressive breeds. Non-refundable fee of $200 for pets under 35 lbs. or $300 for pets 36-75 lbs. There is also a $15 per month pet rent.
