Regis Place has easy access to I-70, I-76 and I-25 and right on the bus line. We are well located blocks from Regis University and within minutes from CU Boulder campus. In addition, we offer a professional staff which prides ourselves on taking care of our residents.

We offer 24 hour emergency maintenance, new hot tub open all year round, outdoor heated pool,free copies and faxing, walk-in closets in the townhomes, central air/heat, full size washer/dryers.

Lowered rent. $10 a day (2 weeks only).
