About Rams Loft's student apartments
The building consists of 30 brand new flats, lofts and penthouse lofts adjacent to the Ram's Crossing swimming pool. The apartments are 500 to 850 square feet with several different layouts including lofted bedrooms, vaulted ceilings and double decks with a view of the mountains in select units. All of the apartments come with full, top of the line black and stainless steel appliances, AC, full size washers and dryers and spacious decks or patios. Each apartment has also been painted in modern, yet warm tones in order to create a young, urban environment that is unique but also comfortable. Furthermore, we pay all the utilities including expanded basic cable and high speed internet provided by Comcast.
The Lofts at Ram's Crossing are located 1 block west of CSU, but are also located near many businesses, popular restaurants, bars and City Park.
