We offer several attractive amenities including a free shuttle to CSU, tanning beds, a newly refurbished fitness center, computer lab and on site laundry facilities, a new playground area and other recreational facilities. We are close to Old Town Fort Collins, grocery shopping and City Park. Students and families are welcome! We welcome pets and are pet friendly.

All prices listed are based on a 12 month lease. We welcome short term leases for a small monthly premium.

Deposit Information

$35 Application Fee, $300 Security Deposit

1 Bedroom- $35 per month flat utility fee
2 Bedroom- $45 per month flat utility fee
3 Bedroom- $55 per month flat utility fee


No utility fee on two bedroom Oak Street floorplan; residents are responsible for gas and electric; also these are the only units with washer/dryer hookups

Ramblewood Apartments Pet Policy

$150 Non-refundable pet deposit and $20 monthly pet rent required per pet. Ramblewood does not allow Pit Bulls, Chows, German Shepherds or Rottweilers.
