Your new home has on site permit parking, central air conditioning, forced hot air heating, all major appliances (gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator) and is cable ready for television and web access. Rent includes heat and hot water. Our on site maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are four laundry rooms on site, a basketball court, 5 tennis courts, pool and playground for resident use. Located in the complex are two bus stops for the PVTA (Pioneer Valley Transit Association) free bus service to the UMass campus and other parts of Amherst.
