We are one of the largest owners of properties near the campus at UT-K and we are well established and experienced professional student housing property owners. Our solid brick construction buildings feature newly renovated apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposals. Apartments are equipped with individual HVAC heat and air conditioning, and balconies or patios with many additional upgraded amenities. All buildings feature coveted free paved off street parking for residents. All apartments include free Comcast Cable TV and High Speed Internet Access.

We take pride in our buildings. We only rent apartments we own and have a vested interest in keeping our apartments in great shape with satisfied residents. All properties are located very convenient to campus and there is no better place to live if you want to walk to campus and Cumberland shops and restaurants.
