About Preston Square student apartments

The Preston Square Apartments offer efficiency, two and three bedroom apartments located on Preston Avenue across the street from University and Charlottesville bus stops. Select apartments have been remodeled during the summers of 2008 and 2009. Remodeled apartments feature brand new wood flooring in the living room and carpeting in the bedrooms as well as fully upgraded kitchens and bathrooms. In the unrenovated apartments, residents enjoy wall-to-wall carpeting, full bathrooms for every bedroom and off-street parking. Three bedroom apartments offer an expansive lofted area and can accommodate up to six people. Some two bedrooms and all three bedrooms feature wood-burning fireplaces. Residents of Preston Square are also invited to use MSC’s state of the art clubhouse, “Madhouse,” as well as the community pool at MSC’s Cambridge Square Apartments.
