The Pres House Residence offers a unique option in student housing at Wisconsin. Designed to instill a healthy atmosphere that will be conducive to studying and learning, Pres House Residence will enhance your university experience and provide many opportunities to grow.

We have combined the convenience and community of on-campus living with the independence and amenities of an apartment. We are located at the intersection of State and Murray, across from Library Mall, next to classrooms and everything the university has to offer.

Every brand-new student apartment comes complete with new furnishings. Each floor has a comfortably furnished lounge that will be great for quiet studying or fun activities. Laundry rooms are also conveniently located on each floor and will serve as a place to make new acquaintances. Each apartment has a large furnished living room complete with a full kitchen. High-speed internet in every bedroom will make studying a breeze. You can even sit out on the balcony and study for that important test or just enjoy the warm Wisconsin summer.

Location, convenience, community, fully furnished bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, cable television, internet, utilities paid to a monthly cap; the Pres House Residence has it all. Even better, everything is included in our monthly rental installments. The Pres House Residence is owned by the Presbyterian Church and professionally managed by College Park Communities. We have accommodations to fit every need, with one- to five- bedroom student apartments available in single (private room) or double (shared room) accommodations. Deposit Information

We are currently offering a special of zero move-in fees. This means we are waiving our application fee and security deposit. All we are requesting is payment of your first month�s rental installment upon submitting your application. Upon approval of your application, you will be sent a lease agreement to sign. The first monthly rental installment must be paid by check or money order.

Pres House Pet Policy

The only pets allowed at the Pres House Residence are fish in a small container.
