Ponderosa Villas Pet Policy

Management reserves the right to restrict certain breeds of dogs, such as: American Staffordshire Terrierr (A.K.A. Pit Bull), Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherds, Canario Presa, Akita, Rottweilers. Limit two pets per apartment with a 60lb weight limit per pet.

One Pet: $200.00 Deposit, $250.00 Non-Refundable Fee, $15.00 pet rent
Two Pets: $300.00 Deposit, $300.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee, $20.00 pet rent
