About Polynesian Plaza student apartments

Welcome to Polynesian Plaza! Enjoy Hawaii at the Polynesian Plaza in exciting Waikiki. We are located just one short block to the beach and only steps away from a variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment and also the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Our goal is to make your stay in our lush tropical setting a delightful experience. Relax by the pool amidst swaying palms, banana trees and tropical flowers...or drench yourself in our golden Hawaiian sunshine on the sundeck.

Our studio rates:
Weekly
Single/Double Occupancy: $505.00 per week
Additional 3rd Person: $50.00 per week (extra)

**All rates are subject to 12.962% tax, based on single or double occupancy. There is a third party charge of $50.00 per week or $100.00 per month, plus applicable taxes (this is the maximum occupancy per studio). During our peak season, monthly reservation requests are put on a wait list and accommodated on availability.
