Park Towne Place Pet Policy

Pet policy for cats:
Maximum of 2 cats per household. Pet rent is per pet; Fee is per home. There is no pet deposit for a cat, there is a monthly rent of $10 per cat and a $250 pet fee. There is no weight limit.

Pet policy for dogs:
Sorry, but we are unable to accept any dogs due to the nature of our building.
