Deposit Information

There is a $250 deposit for the studio, and a $300 deposit for the one-bedroom.

Park Oaks Pet Policy

Pets are welcome. If there is one pet in the apartment, the pet must weigh less than 20 lbs. full-grown, and there is a $300 deposit plus a $15 per month pet fee. If there are two pets in the apartment, both pets' full-grown weight cannot exceed 40 lbs., and there is also a $600 deposit plus a $25 per month pet fee.
