* 100 pound weight limit
* Cats and dogs up to 35 lbs. = $300.00 non-refundable one time pet fee
* Dogs 36 lbs - 100 lbs. = $400.00 non-refundable one time pet fee
* A second pet is allowed for an additional $100 non-refundable one time pet fee
* Certain breeds of dogs are restricted, including: Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Chows, Wolf Hybrids, and dogs mixed with any one of the above
* No reptiles or rodents
* No ferrets
