North Campus Crossing is Greenville's most elite luxury apartment community. Choose between our 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments. We are a gated, pet friendly community conveniently located within 3 miles of East Carolina University.

With 3 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, a full size indoor gymnasium, a nautilus fitness center, a Wii and PS3 game station, a 24 hour computer lab, and a tiki-style cabana why would you live anywhere else?

Deposit Information

We have a $55 application fee and we are waiving our $125 administrative fee. Also, if you sign your lease within 24 hrs of your application being approved we will waive your refundable $200 security deposit.

North Campus Crossing Pet Policy

We happily welcome furry friends under 30 pounds. There is a $250 pet fee and then it is $10 per month pet rent! Please call the leasing office for more information.
