Deposit Information

Security deposit equals one months rent.  $200 deposit will hold an apartment, and a $35 application fee.

Pet Policy

A one-time $200 pet deposit. An additional $25 per dog, per month, $15 per cat, per month. A limit of either 2 dogs and 1 cat or 2 cats and 1 dog per apartment.  All other pets are welcomed.....fish, birds.
