Midtown Crossing Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly apartment community! The pet fee is $400 (non-refundable) one-time pet free or a $250 (non-refundable) one-time pet fee with a monthly pet rent of $10 (+$5.00 for second pet) monthly. Midtown Crossing offers pet stations all around the community. You and your four legged friend can enjoy a nice stroll around with community.
