Marquis on Gaston Pet Policy

Only two (2) pets per apartment. A deposit of $500.00 is required for one pet, $250.00 of which is non-refundable, and a deposit of $800.00 is required for two pets, $500.00 of which is non-refundable. Animals used as disability assistance are not considered as pets under this policy. No exotic pets. No aggressive dogs. All city ordinances and breed and weight restrictions apply.
