Our 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes boast cozy fireplaces, ample storage space and oversized living rooms. Mallard Creek Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly apartment community! We do charge the following fees: 2 pet maximum; 100 lb maximum combined weight; $300 non-refundable pet fee for pets 40 lbs and under ; $500 non-refundable pet fee for pets 41 lbs and over; second pet additional $100 non-refundable pet fee; $10/month pet rent.

We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.

The following non-traditional pets ARE acceptable: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
