Lion’s Gate Apartments offers comfort and privacy through low density living. Our complex is comprised on 244 apartments in 18 buildings on 13 _ acres?the second largest property in State College. Our tenants are a congenial mixture of graduate students, young professionals, undergrads, retirees, and other long and short-term residents. Our policy permitting pets has helped enhance our community: dog walkers meet each other along our walking trails and cat owners are able to happily share their apartments with their feline companions.

Pet Fees: $30.00 per month per dog, $20.00 per month per cat or other approved pet.
There is a charge of $125.00 for flea and tick extermination.
