Deposit Information

One Bedroom: $200 ($100 Deposit/$100 Admin Fee)
Two Bedroom: $200 ($100 Deposit/ $100 Admin Fee)
$50.00 for each applicant; $65.00 for joint applicants.

Lincoln Green Pet Policy

A one time pet fee of $300.00 for 1 pet and $400.00 pet fee for 2 pets. No Pet Rent or Pet Deposits! Maximum of two pets per apartment home. Breeds that may be prone to aggressive behavior are not allowed at Lincoln Green. Please ask if clarification is needed. We will require a "Pet Interview" as well as a photograph of your pet at move in.
