In addition to our easy online reservation system, our units are fully-furnished with individual leases perfect for the University of Kansas students. Application Fee $50 (Non-Refundable)
Reservation Fee $200 (Non-Refundable) Currently waived!
Resident Life/Program Fee $100 per person
Internet/Cable connection Fee $25 per person

Legends Place Pet Policy

Cats and dogs of non agressive breeds only, up to two pets per apartment. There is a $150 non refundable pet fee due up front and a $25/month fee per pet.
