Landmark Apartments Pet Policy

Pet friendly!

-Up to two (2) pets per apartment home (two (2) cats OR one (1) dog and one (1) cat).

-No pets on brand new carpeting.

-Must provide current vet records and photo prior to pet move in.

-Tenant must pay required $350.00 for pets over 12 months.($175.00 non refundable) pet deposit. $700.00 for pets under 12 months.

-Tenant must pay required $20.00 monthly pet rent PER PET.

Note that these breeds are prohibited: Akita, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Mastiff, Olde English Bulldog, Presa Canario (Canary Dog), Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Dalmation or any mix of these breeds.
