Lakewood Village is well equipped, with a laundry facility, a beautiful pool area with a barbecue pit and nice tables and chairs for our tenants' enjoyment on the property. We are a quiet and pleasant complex. Our landscaping makes the property easy on the eyes. The outsides of our apartments are freshly painted in beautiful earth toned colors. And, for college students, we are exactly 1 1/10 of a mile from Stephen F. Austin State University. Students receive a $25 discount!
