We are a small community nestled in a setting of matured trees and green grass. Kingwood Apartments is a residential neighborhood that is close to all the major shopping, dining and recreational facilities in the Murfreesboro area. We are approximately thirty (30) minutes from downtown Nashville. We offer an in ground pool, basketball/tennis court, playground, a 24 hour laundry facility, picnic area throughout the property and a free gym membership to all of our residents here on property. Also here at Kingwood we offer a friendly and responsive management and maintenance team.

* $400 Pet Fee additional pet is $175, all is refundable depending on damages.
* Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
* No monthly pet rent
* Must be 45 lbs or less full grown
* No aggressive breeds. No reptiles, snakes, ferrets and animals not considered of a domestic nature.
