Ironwood Gardens Pet Policy

$500 pet deposit (maximum of 2 and $250 is non-refundable). Pet rent is an additional $10.00 per cat/dog per month. Dogs MUST NOT EXCEED 35 LBS UPON MATURITY and resident must have a veterinarian certification stating their pet’s approximate weight at maturity.
