Standard approval is a $300 security deposit and conditional approval requires a 1 month's rent security deposit.

Our pet policy is as follows:
2 pet limit
100 lb. weight limitation on dogs; breed restrictions do apply
1st pet = $200.00 non-refundable pet fee
2nd pet = $100.00 non-refundable pet fee
No pet rent - just a one-time fee!
Restricted breeds: Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, Chows, Wolf Hybrids, and dog mixed with any one of the above
No reptiles
No ferrets
