Hanover Place Apartments offers 1 and 2 bedroom units in a quiet garden atomosphere, located directly South of Anderson Plaza which is located at the corner of Anderson Road & W Covell Blvd. Anderson Plaza offers you a SaveMart for your shopping convenience, various Restaurants, a Video Store, a Dry Cleaners and a Laundromat.Other amenities include an onsite laundry facility which has newer front load washers and working dryers. Some units have gas fireplaces and our Kitchens and baths were remodeled as recently as 2004. We pride ourselves on our quick response to your maintenance needs and know you will not be disappointed.
We are a Pet friendly facility, our Pet Deposit is $250.00 per pet, plus an additional $10/month pet rent. We do limit the number of pets to one pet per bedroom and limit dogs to 50 pounds or less.
We are within an easy Bike ride to UCD and conveniently located on the Unitrans F bus line, G bus line, J bus line & P/Q bus lines.
