About Hancock Properties student apartments

Hancock Properties manages over 150 rental properties consisting of houses, duplexes and townhomes centrally located in Athens, Georgia close to UGA, Loop 10 Highway, Wal-Mart, Publix and many restaurants.

We are a family-owned and operated company. We provide full-service property management services to our residents.In addition to being your property management company, we also built all of our rental properties in 1999. At Hancock Properties, our residents are part of our family.

Our rental properties are located in Beaver Pointe, Deer Park and Hunter’s Run neighborhoods. All rental properties are all brick, total electric, Georgia Power “Good Cents” homes. Our rental properties feature large yards for recreation. Grills and pets are allowed at all rental properties.
