Deposit Information

The standard security deposit is $ 100. Depending on the credit score, the amount of the required security deposit may be increased to one-half month’s or one full month’s rent. The deposit and initial move-in costs must be in the form of certified check, cashiers check or money order.

Hampton Chase Pet Policy

Certain vicious breed are prohibited such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Chows, and any mixed breed dog with identifiable characteristics specific to one of these breeds. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $ 250.00 is charged for any pets under 50 lbs. Any pets over 50 lbs will be charged a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300.00+
Limit is 2 pets total and 80 lbs per pet. A pet rent of $10 a month per pet will also be charged.
