Greentree and Suncreek Apartments house more students than all other apartments int he area combined and there is a reason for that!!! All the apartment homes have been remodeled with washer and dryer in all the residences. Greentree Apartment Homes are recognized by the Glendale Police as one of the safest communities in the area. We have 24 hour Courtesy Patrol, 24 hour fitness center, free wireless, heated pool and spa, mature landscaping, large club house with 50 inch TV, pool table, Business center, and a full size kitchen for our resident’s usage.
