Timothy Woods Apartment Homes also is located on 25 acres of land with beautiful lush landscaping throughout. We are currently offering garages for extra storage space for an additional monthly fee of $65.00.

Deposit Information

At the time of submitting your application, there is a $200 administrative/application fee due. We always run specials, so this may be lower throughout the year! At the time of move-in there is a $150 security deposit due. This amount is refundable at the end of your lease.

Pet Policy

Timothy Woods is also a pet friendly community! We accept dogs and cats as residents too! There is no weight limit for your pet,however, some breeds are not allowed. The pets fees are as follows; $5 pet rent each month, per pet. The initial pet fee is $200 and $100 for each additional pet. There is also a $100 pet deposit. There is pleanty of green space throughout our community for you to take your pet. There are also pet stations, which include trash bags and waste baskets!
