There are seven distinctive floorplans from which to choose. Each spacious apartment has tile floors and plush carpeting, oversized closets, mini-blinds, and a private screened-in patio or balcony. Every all-electric kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a pantry and microwave oven. You’ll also enjoy central heat and air conditioning and a washer and dryer.



If you want even more options, you can choose a home with a wood-burning fireplace, built-in dry bar and breakfast bar. Extra storage is also available, and pets are welcome.

Franklin Oaks Pet Policy

We LOVE pets! Cats love our screened in balconies and dogs love our leash free bark park and obstacle course. Our walking trails our ideal for getting your pet excersice and we have pet stations along the way! While we have no size limits, we do have some restrictions for aggressive breeds.
