Fox Club Apartment staff welcomes you to become our new neighbors! We enjoy working and living at Fox Club, and we would love to assist and serve our residents to the best of our abilities. We have a close staff relationship with residents, you’ll know all of us by name and hopefully comfortable enough to come to us for help. Our maintenance staff is friendly and capable to alleviate any issues that might occur in your apartment home. After office hours and on the weekends, we offer emergency maintenance to take care of you, regardless of time. Our office staff is personable and informative. Let us know what we can assist you in, and we’ll work diligently to reach an agreeable result. We can’t wait to meet our new neighbors.

Fox Club Apartments has a Courtesy officer that lives and monitors our community. He's gald to give out his business card to contact him directly. Our courtesy officer works for the Sherrifs Department and is capable of assisting with minor issues that may occur on property. With the use of our courtesy officer and becoming friends with your neighbors will help keep you and your property more safe.

Fox Club Apartments is conveniently tucked away from the hustle of city life; however, just a moment away from all the action. Located just minutes away from I-465, I-65, and I-70, you'll feel optimistic knowing you can reach Downtown Indianapolis and the shopping experience of Greenwood in a snap.

Fox Club Apartments offer amenities you can enjoy year round. Our clubhouse is open for residents everyday until 9:00pm. Inside our clubhouse we offer Wi-Fi internet, billiard table, and television. We also have a fitness center, dry saunas, and a seasonal pool to enjoy. Across from the clubhouse we have a gymnasium which has a full-size basketball court and tennis court. There will be pleasure for you, your family, friends, and even your pets at our large park and recreation area.

Fox Club Apartment homes are designed for easy living. We offer spacious floor plans with walk-in closets, private entries, balconies and patios. Our kitchens will include dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and garbage disposal. The washer and dryer connections will also be in our kitchen area along with large pantry for extra storage. Your apartment home will be total electric living with central heating and cooling. Your home is blank canvas waiting for new neighbors to come and create. Residents are allowed to paint and hang personal items to enjoy. Our apartment is your home sweet home.

Deposit Information

Normally a $99 security deposit will be required for student residents.

Usually a student will not qualify on their own, so they would need a guarantor applicant to guarantee rent payments. The guarantor will need to be accepted at $99 deposit to qualify with our community.

Fox Club Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community. Pets are welcomed. Fox Club Apartments however has a restricted breed list for our canine friends, which includes: pit bull/Staffordshire terriers, Rottweiler, German shepherd, husky, Alaskan malamute, Doberman pinscher, chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, and akita.

No monthly pet rent each month. A one-time pet fee of $150 and a one-time pet deposit of $150 will be required. These are not "per pet" charges. Payment arrangements can be negotiated.
