Starting as low as $565 a month, with all bills paid, no convenience, no amenity, no design detail has been overlooked. The Forum offers one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments for rent. All of our units are fully furnished and individually leased. If you do not have roommates in mind, we offer a roommate matching service. The prices include basic cable with HBO and Cinemax, internet, water ($10 cap), electric ($35 cap) and trash charges. Your apartment features faux hardwood floors and is fully furnished with contemporary loft-inspired furniture. Your kitchen is equipped with track lighting and the latest, ultra sleek, black appliances and a full size washer and dryer, which also happen to be ultra green!! Not to mention every apartment features a high-def 42-inch flat screen LCD TV. Our amazing amenities include a resort-style pool, 24 hour gym, business center, cyber cafe with free Starbucks coffee, sand volleyball, indoor basketball, media and billiards rooms, tanning booths, fabulous and fun resident events-Battle of the Bands and Casino Night and more. Deposit Information

Deposit for each individually leased bedroom is $250, administrative fee is $150 and application fee is $50. Look and Lease special makes your deposit $125, application fee $25 and waives the administrative fee. Additional specials could waive all fees and deposits.

Forum Denton Station Pet Policy

Dogs and Cats less than 30 pounds are allowed with a signed pet addendum and all fees and deposits paid. Current deposits include $200 non-refundable and $200 refundable.
Provided, however, the following breeds of dogs are not permitted: Rottweiler, Pit Bill/Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman
or Chow, or any breed that grows to be heavier than 30 pounds. This restricted breed list is subject to change without
notice. Dogs that are over 30 pounds permitted on first floor only with $100 additional deposit. Fish are allowed in aquariums up to 10 gallons without a deposit. Aquariums are allowed up to 35 gallons. Any
aquarium larger than 10 gallons requires a refundable pet deposit. All other animals are not allowed including, but
not limited to: birds, parrots, toucans, hamsters, gerbils, rats, mice, snakes, frogs, spiders, chinchillas, ferrets or other
exotic animals.
