Nestled on 24.2 acres next to the intersection of Wrightsville Avenue and Colonial Drive, Forest Hills Apartments provides a peaceful retreat while still being the closest apartment community to historic downtown Wilmington riverfront.

Ranging up to 1400 square feet, our one, two, and three bedroom apartments and townhomes feature ample closet space as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. In addition, several of our kitchens and bathrooms have received modern makeovers in the kitchens and baths.

Our residents at Forest Hills Apartments enjoy our resort-style pool pavilion with sun deck, outdoor playground and 24-hour workout center. Forest Hills Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly apartment community! The pet fee is $200/pet and the pet rent is $18/month/pet.

We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.

The following non-traditional pets ARE acceptable: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
