About Pegasus Pointe - UCF Affiliated Housing

Pegasus Pointe offers students a full calendar of social and educational programs and events. We are proud to offer an on-site Academic Advisor*, UCF Shuttle service, and an ALL Freshman building. We offer financial aid deferment for UCF students and accept Florida Pre-Paid Housing. UCF police officers patrol the property in conjunction with the 24 HOUR staff. Pegasus Pointe is also a fully gated community with 24 HR Contolled Gated Access beginning March 9, 2009. The College Park Lifeworks staff is available to assist residents on a daily basis with all of their needs . All apartments are fully furnished units with all appliances. All utilities are included in the rental installments of the lease with semester and academic leases available*. Residents are matched based on questions asked on our Roommate Matching Form. When residents need something to do, Pegasus Pointe offers 2 pools, 2 basketball courts, 2 sand volleyball areas, a tennis court, and a 24 HOUR clubhouse with 2 pool tables, a ping pong table and computer lab. DVDs and video games can be rented free of charge, and a fun variety of programs are offered on a monthly basis.
