Our 24 hour community room has features for everyone. You can work the edge off a stressful day in our fully equipped exercise room, study in our beautiful study lounge, or just kick back and watch TV.
Our hot tub is open year round, always clean, bubbly and relaxing. The pool is always crystal clear and clean too! A great way to cool off and refresh.
Parking is plentiful! We have off street parking and there is never a shortage on parking day or night. No need for annoying permits either!
Pets are welcome at El Macero Village Apartments with a deposit and management approval. We have an on-site pet area where your pet can run or exercise. It is also well lit at night for those middle of the night wake up calls.
Maintenance supervisor Miguel is always friendly, courteous and committed to attending to your repair needs. 99% of maintenance needs are completed within the same day!
Landscaper and painter Alan is always very hard at work maintaining the lawns and keeping the buildings coated in a fresh coat of paint.
On site manager Brenda Smith is friendly, accessible and responsive to a resident's needs; there is even a 24 hour emergency number should you need our assistance during non business hours.

El Macero Village Pet Policy

El Macero Village Apartments is a pet friendly complex. We allow cats and dogs with deposits. A $200 deposit is required for cats and $400 deposit is required for dogs. There is not a weight limit for dogs but there is a list of breeds of dogs which are not allowed at El Macero Village Apartments. The following cannot be either purebreds or mixes:
•Akita•American Bulldog•Pitt Bull•Staffordshire Terrier•Rottweiler•Doberman•German Shepard•Mastiff's of any breed•Great Dane•St. Bernard•Chow Chow
Located at El Macero Village Apartments is a fenced "pet area". This is the only area where pets are allowed off leash. The pet area is conveniently equipped with a pooper scooper and waste can.
