About Eastside Commons student apartments

The Eastside Commons Apartments are located at 2401 Manor Road in the quiet Cherrywood neighborhood of Austin, Texas. Eastside Commons is located one-half mile east of the main campus of the University of Texas at Austin and is less than one mile to Interstate 35, the main artery which bisects the City of Austin. Eastside Commons is also located approximately five minutes from downtown Austin and the capital of the State of Texas. It is in close proximity to the Hancock Center Shopping Mall, anchored by an H.E.B. grocery superstore. Further, it is located two blocks east of Hoovers Home Cooking, Mueller's BBQ and the Eastside Cafe, which are some of the best restaurants in Austin. Eastside Commons is also approximately one mile from the 700-acre Robert Mueller Municipal Airport, which is currently being redeveloped into a mixed-use master community, the largest development in the history of Austin. They are already underway in building the $200 million Dell Children's Medical Center, while the remainder of the development is still in the planning stages.
