Dillon Park is a 141-bed apartment that enables University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) students to experience an upscale lifestyle on a student budget. ADG is the master planner/developer/owner of the attractive, suite-style community.

We offer FREE cable TV, FREE Internet in each bedroom, FREE telephone landline in each bedroom, each apartment is fully furnished, also included is FREE washer & dryer in each apartment. All bills are paid. We also offer roommate matching and are in walking distance from UCO!

Dillon Park is made up entirely of spacious 4 bed/ 2 bath suites that are fully furnished and feature common living, dining, and kitchen areas. Kitchens are complete with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. All utilities are paid. Each resident has a private, fully furnished bedroom, with its own lock and key. There are no coed suites.

Dillon Park is located on the north edge of UCO offering convenient parking a short walk to anywhere on campus. It is the superior choice for off-campus living.

$75.00 non-refundable redecorating fee
