Devonshire Hills and Park Apartments offer a variety of spacious, newly remodeled units in an exceptionally quiet, park like setting. All units offer full kitchens, complete with dishwashers and disposals, as well as private patios and lots of storage. We are conveniently located in Western Eugene on Oak Patch Road between west 11th and west 18th. In being on the bus route, Devonshire Hills is within easy reach of the University of Oregon, major employers, and excellent shopping. From exercising in our fitness facility, relaxing in the spa, or strolling along the nearby Amazon River Walk, Devonshire Hills offers something for everyone. With our friendly and professional on-site management team, you are sure to have your needs met at anytime. We offer Washer/Dryer hook-ups in many of our town homes, but 24-hour access to our three laundry facilities is always available. We are pet friendly by allowing cats and small dogs (limit 2) with a refundable $400 pet deposit. Short-term leases are available, all utilities except electricity are included, and we are Broad Band Internet Ready!
