About Darby Court student apartments

Affordable luxury is what defines Darby Court. This quiet community offers swimming, tennis, volleyball, and a jogging trail, all nestled into our attractively landscaped community. It is also the ultimate location for a downtown professional or IUPUI student who does not want to deal with the constant traffic and high living prices that come with residing downtown. Modern apartment features and spacious floor plans complete the perfect home in this community.

All apartments are total electric and Darby Court pays for water, sewer, and trash removal. There is also a volleyball pit, a tennis court, and a walking trail that surrounds our entire community, as well as two lakes to fish at! You can also use our free Daisy Van to help you move!! Enjoy the comfort and convenience of Darby Court!

Deposit Information

Deposits range from $250 to $400.

Darby Court Pet Policy

Pets are welcome. There is a one pet maximum, 25-lb. weight limit, $300 refundable pet deposit, and $200 non-refundable pet fee. *One time deposit of $500 ($300 refundable). Cat can be on any floor, dogs are allowed on second floor only.
