Deposit Information

$25 application fee, $50 administrative fee, $50 holding fee. $50 of total fees goes to first month's rent.

Crossing Place Pet Policy

We are pet friendly!
Non-aggressive breeds only, weighing 25 pounds or less
Pet deposit is $350, $100 is refundable, $250 nonrefundable
