About Country Club student apartments

Allow us to tell you about our pet friendly community...We are located just off I-64 and Merrimac Trail, a great location giving you easy access to restaurants, shopping, schools, universities, and grocery stores. We are just seconds away from I-64 which allows you to be in the heart of Williamsburg, yet 10 minutes from Newport News. Great location if you are at Ft eustis as well. Being located so close to I-64 also gives you the option of going to the famous Prime Outlet Mall in just 10 minutes!


Not only are we located in one of the best spots in Williamsburg/Newport News, but we also have a swimming pool with new sundeck furniture, basketball court, and an adventure area/picnic grove for the kids. There is also a bus stop right next to the front entrance, which allows residents to use the public transportation to get to the destination of your choice. For your convenience, there are also four accessible laundry facilities located on the premise. We have three barbeque pits located on the community as well, which can be used for family cookouts or with friends while grilling for the upcoming football season!


All utilities, including water/sewer, gas, trash disposal and discounted cable are already set up for you when you move in, which means you're only responsible for setting up electric! We have a contract with Cox, which gives you a HUGE discount on your cable, saving you over $30 per month! Our kitchens include: gas stove/oven, refrigerator, large sink, and tons of cabinet space! Our apartments also offer a large storage closets throughout, which provides more than enough space for your extra belongings. Each apartment has its own thermostat and A/C unit so you are able to control the temperature in your own home.

Country Club Pet Policy

The pet fee is $200 and you pay $20 per month for the pet. We allow large dogs up to 85lbs, with some breed retrictions.
