Coquina Bay Classic Apartments Pet Policy

Pet Policy

•Two (2) dogs, Two (2) cats, or (1) Dog and One (1) cat or (1) ferret is permitted per apartment.
•All Pets must be registered and pre-approved by management by filling out a pet application.
•For your pet’s protection, please make sure all pets are locked away when calling in a work order for maintenance.

Dogs-No Vicious Breeds
•Doberman Pinschers
•Chows
•Pit Bulls
•Rottweiler
•German Shepherds
•any mixed breed dog with identifiable characteristics specific to one of these breeds.

Fees:
•$200 non-refundable pet fee for pets under 50 lbs
•$300 non-refundable pet fee for pets over 50 lbs
•$400 non-refundable pet fee for two pets
•$15 monthly pet rent fee(Currently Waived)
