Copper Mill Pet Policy

Pets upon approval. We realize that your pets are important members of your family. We welcome up to 2 pets per home with no weight limit. Our non-refundable pet fee is $400 for dogs, all sizes welcome and $350 for cats ($25 a month pet rent). We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
