About Colony Square student apartments

Colony Square is a peaceful community of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes featuring central heat, air conditioning, range, frost-free refrigerator, disposal and carpet. Sound and fire protection are provided by concrete block walls between each home. We also have great on-site maintenance!

Our apartments are cleaned and painted and any obvious maintenance work is completed prior to your move-in. Upgrade options are available including new kitchen cabinets, new carpet, upgraded refrigerator or stove, over-the-range microwave and/or new bathroom vanity. Dishwashers can be installed in any apartment when new kitchen cabinets are chosen.

Also included are: a sparkling pool and sundeck, free storage locker, laundry facilities, 24-hour emergency maintenance and beautiful landscapes.

Colony Square is only minutes from State Route 315, Ohio State University, the Shottenstein Center, Lennox Town Center and downtown Columbus. Dining, banking and the busline are nearby.
