Located less than 1.5 miles from the University of Arizona and less than a mile from Pima College, College Place Tucson offers an affordable, convenient and secure alternative to dormitory and apartment living with shuttle service to the University and local shopping. The living units’ balconies and patios open onto a 4 acre beautifully landscaped courtyard where our many outdoor amenities are located. The club house contains a student lounge, Internet Café with Café Sol (Brewing Starbucks Coffee), convenience store, the Eclipse Bar and Lounge and meeting rooms.
