City Lights Pet Policy

Our policy allows cats (neutered) and dogs. The following dogs are restricted: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow-Chow, Pit-Bull Terrier, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Dalmatian, Stafford Bull Terrier, and Wolf Mixes (or any mix thereof.) Pets must be at least six months old and no more than two pets per apartment are allowed. A refundable pet deposit of $200 is required for each pet, and a non-refundable fee of $200 is also required for each pet for a total of $400 per pet due upon move in. One pet must not exceed 65 lbs. in weight, two pets combined must not exceed 100 lbs.
